RK365 Terms and Conditions

By registering an account on rk365, logging in, or using any part of the platform — including Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slots, Game Lobby, or Deposit — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all players accessing rk365. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with registration or use any rk365 service. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To use rk365, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

All deposits on rk365 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on this platform — what you deposit in PKR is what reflects in your account balance. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet
• Raast — direct bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your rk365 balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank Transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.

rk365 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such charges from your payment provider's side.

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified before withdrawals are processed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements on your balance must be fully met before bonus-linked funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed the same day during standard operating hours. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• rk365 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or large amounts.

The current minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, along with up-to-date processing timelines for each payment method, are listed on the Deposit page. If your withdrawal request is declined, rk365 support will inform you of the reason and the steps required to resolve it.

rk365 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on Cricket and PSL matches, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement. This means you must place bets equal to a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money funds. The exact requirement is stated on the promotion page at the time you claim.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the validity window stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino and Sports Betting contribution rates vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus applies at a time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns — will have their bonus voided and may have their account reviewed.

The Sports Betting section of rk365 covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments), Football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on rk365:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. If the system is experiencing a delay, your bet should not be considered accepted until confirmation is displayed.
• Odds: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. rk365 may update odds at any time prior to bet confirmation. In-play odds update in real time.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if a match is abandoned, rescheduled, or if incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error. Voided bets are returned to your balance at the original stake.
• PSL and T20 markets: Ball-by-ball and over-by-over markets on PSL and T20 fixtures are subject to in-play specific rules. Once a ball is bowled, bets accepted prior to that delivery stand.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. rk365 may adjust individual player betting limits at its discretion.

The Casino section includes Live Casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), Slots, Crash Games, and other RNG-based games available in the Game Lobby. The following conditions apply:

• RTP transparency: RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for every slot and RNG game in the Game Lobby. These are statistical averages over millions of rounds — individual session results will vary.
• Game outcomes: All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). rk365 does not manipulate game outcomes. Live Casino results are determined by actual physical game actions (cards dealt, roulette wheel spun) by live dealers.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a round, the round may be voided and the stake returned. rk365 is not liable for losses incurred due to network issues on your end.
• Session records: A complete history of your Casino rounds and bet results is stored in your account. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you may contact support and request a review within 48 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rk365. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance — including real-money funds where fraud is confirmed:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one rk365 account to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment credentials to deposit.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus structures through coordinated betting patterns, staking manipulation, or collusion with other players.
• Automated tools: Use of bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Casino game or sports market.

• Underage access: Attempting to register or play if you are under 18 years of age.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your rk365 account credentials. This includes your password, your linked phone number, and any two-factor authentication method you set up. rk365 will never contact you to ask for your password.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including friends or family members.
